Giampaolo Galasso

Giampaolo began his career in 1986 in Mexico, with the band Baraja participating with success in the Rock en tu Idioma competition. He was part of Pepe Aguilar’s Equs band for about two years and, with Jorge Cassab y Lello Scinia, he founded the funk band Casino, participating in the 1994 Yamaha competition which took him to travel to Tokyo, Japan at the Music quest, Opening the Conciert in the Toreo Quatro Camino in Mexico City for Mano Negra. In the city of Guadalajara, he founded the funk band Estaca Brown, with whom he produced an independent LP followed by a second one produced on its own. During this time he also had the opportunity to work along side artists such as Zucchero Fornaciari, Jovanotti, Miguel Matteos, Patty Manterola, Tatiana, Stephany Salas and others

Returning to Italy he performed at the Armani Privé disco for about three years, performing with various local DJs.

Returning to Mexico precisely he settled in Tulum to work on various cover projects, for revenues like Hard Rock Café` events.

In 2016 he moved to Costa Rica, first performing in the Tamarindo area and at the moment he lives in Samara, performing stably for a beach resort, and where, with Ivan Pietropaolo, has begun an activity of music production that includes the project TUTAMTAM.
